We run customer-specified temperature–time–vacuum profiles in our high-vacuum furnace, up to 1300 °C.

 

This service is ideal when:

  • You already have a thermal recipe

  • You need controlled high-temperature exposure

  • Cleanliness and atmosphere control are critical

 

Typical applications

  • Experimental thermal cycles

  • Stress relief (non-certified)

  • Degassing and outgassing

  • Pre-sinter or pre-bake treatments

  • Post-processing of AM components

 

What we guarantee
